Labor Connections, LLC offers our employees optional benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and life insurance options for employees who work a minimum of 30 hours weekly. When you apply, you will make your selections and you have 30 days from the date of your first assignment to change any election. After your initial enrollment period you will have the option to enroll during our open enrollment period that takes place annually in July.
If at any time, while employed, you experience a qualifying event such as a change in marital status, number of dependents, and/or dependent eligibility you have 30 days from the event date to report and request an enrollment change.

We offer direct deposit to an account you already have or offer a visa pay card so you can have the convenience of direct deposit along with the ability to spend or withdraw money anywhere visa is accepted. Everyone is eligible for the pay card option. For most of our employees, we pay weekly for the previous week worked and paydays are Friday. If you did not opt in for direct deposit or a pay card a physical check will be available in the office where the company you are working for is serviced. If you would like your check at another location you can call or come by a location to request your check be available at a more convenient location.
